The founder of the firm is Andrzej Muszyński, an atorney-at-law (radca prawny) registered with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Kraków. He is a law graduate of the Jagiellonian University, the author of numerous publicatons, and a former member of the Local Government Appeal Body.
